Kings Square is a new addition to the Lantern Procession for 2023, and will also host amazing luminescent entertainment including:
Love Art - Witness this elegant aerial show from The Dream Engine. LoveArt features a massive 12m-high breathing heart that will host a highly-skilled aerial performance. This show combines sculpture, light, music, the open space of Kings Square, and immense skill, creating a must-see experience. Love Art is an air-filled fabric structure where fluctuations in the internal air pressure cause the structure to lift an aerialist into the air to perform a show. The fluctuations continue so the heart slowly starts to beat. The construction of an air-filled structure of this size with a moving and lifting capacity is only possible through recent developments in fabric technology and 3D stress test modelling.
